TEXASESO Incorporated (TEXASESO) is the brainchild of Myron E. Curry, Jason E. Franks and Wayne Holland of Tulipe Consultants.  Curry and Franks came together in 2022 to form the business.  Holland joined the pair in early 2023.

Curry and Franks had previous business experience with each other in 2001.  They and several other businessmen came together in 2001 to form Texas Social & Energy Service Organization (TEXASESO), a Certified Texas Power Aggregator.  As a Texas Power Aggregator, Certified Public Utility Commission of Texas, TEXASESO had the authority to organize individual electricity purchasers into power purchasing groups within Texas’ deregulated Electricity Industry.

TEXASESO successfully acquired close to 150 electricity customers when, through no fault of their own, natural gas, the fuel used to power most Texas electricity generators, spiked and all Texas Retail Electric Providers cut ties with third party marketing companies.

Their project came to a demise; but Curry and Franks never lost their determination to become successful entrepreneurs.  Now, with Holland, they have the ability to serve our nation’s population and the world in a unique manner, by assisting business owners and entrepreneurs to share in the opportunities the electric vehicle charging industry offers. A listing of Boost EV’s personnel and their positions is as follows:
